Today's Food Specials ("the app", "we", "us") is operated by Minnaar 5 (Pty) Ltd, a South African company. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the app, why, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

We keep the complaint description, category, its status, and (if you're the one filing it) a link back to your account, so we can review and resolve it and let you know the outcome.
Third-party brand advertisers don't sign up directly — their accounts are set up by us on their behalf, using the business name and contact details they provide us with directly (by phone, email, or in person), for billing and banner-ad booking purposes.
Our servers and security systems log standard technical information (IP address, request timestamps) for security and reliability — the same kind of logging any web service keeps to detect abuse and diagnose problems.
We use a small number of service providers to run the app. Each only receives what it needs to do its job:
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, for any reason.
We keep wallet transaction records indefinitely, as your billing/receipt history. Account information (business/contact details, saved searches, listings) is kept for as long as your account is active, and deleted on request — see "Your rights" below.
